e-Commerce Return Policy Customers that select and purchase items from the Industrial Diagnostics' website are responsible for the correct application and use of the items. Item returns must be approved prior to shipment back to Industrial Diagnostics or destination of origin and approval is conditional upon the following: 1. Items must be in new condition and packaged in the orginal packaging 2. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. 3. Shipping costs to customer and back to the point of origin are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect items shipped prior to acceptance from the shipping carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to either deny damaged goods or file a freight claim with the shipping carrier unless otherwise arranged prior to the purchase.
